The Besserat De Bellefon Cuvee Des Moines hosts a bright medium straw colour in appearance, with copper highlights. A bouquet of floral aromas with a hint of dried flowers evidently reveal toasted aromas.
On the palate this champagne is exceedingly fruity, with impressions of peaches and Mirabelle plums. This is slowly followed by hazelnut and caramelised notes. Gentle soft bubbles provide a creamy mouth feel.
