"Prestige 1821", Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore - pleasant, refreshing, with a harmonious, balanced taste. For its production variety Glera grapes are pressed gently. The resulting mash is fermented twice. The first time - at a constant temperature; the second time use "Italian method" or method Sharma. For this wine was placed in a large drum of stainless steel. Once fermentation is finished, pressurized drink immediately bottled.
The bouquet is intensely fruity especially with notes of green apple, lemons and grapefruits. It has a pronounced aroma of wisteria in bloom, acacia and elder flowers. It has a pleasantly acid, fresh flavour. Fullbodied, it has a pleasant and harmonius taste characteristic.
Vinification
White vinification. First fermentation occurs inside steel vats at controlled temperature, where selected yeasts are added. The wine becomes bubbly inside low-temperature pressure tanks.
