Laurent-Perrier has always selected Chardonnay as the dominant grape variety in all its white Cuvées and has been a pioneer of the zero dosage, Brut Nature category since 1981.
The House had to carry this grape variety through a Cuvée; only Coteaux de la Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs wines planted in Chardonnay with low acidity and picked at perfect maturity have been selected to go into the blend of this Blanc de Blancs.
Perfect mastery of vinification and aging in stainless steel vats has enabled us to express a new type of Brut Nature at Laurent-Perrier.
Grape varietal:
A perfect balance between the wines of the harvest and the reserve wines is required before entering the cellar.
After ageing for an ideal amount of time in our cellars, the wine is disgorged without any dosage.
The wine has a white gold colour with a fine sparkle.
The nose displays minerality and hints of citrus.
On the palate the wine is balanced and sustained with a finish that is fresh with notes of lemon.
Best served between 9° and 11°C.

Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature is a true wine for gastronomy pairing well with the finest fish: sea bass with salt crust, scallops and, grilled marinated squid with lemon, thyme, olive oil and cooked “a la plancha”.
